Nowadays, thermally conductive silicone sheets have been widely used in computer mainframes, notebook computers, LED lamps, set-top boxes, routers, DVDs, new energy vehicles, power supplies, transformers and other electronic and electrical industries that require filling and cooling modules. So how can a thermally conductive silicone sheet be used to effectively exert its thermal conductivity?

2. When holding the thermal conductive silicone sheet in your hand, the thermal conductive silicone sheet with a large area should be grabbed from the center, and the smaller area is not required, because the large thermal conductive silicone sheet is unevenly stressed, which will cause the thermal conductive silicone sheet Deformation affects subsequent operations and even damages the thermal conductive silicone sheet.


3. Hold (hold) the thermal silica gel sheet in the left hand, and tear off one side of the protective film with the right hand. Do not tear off the protective films on both sides at the same time. This reduces the number and area of direct contact with the thermal silica sheet and maintains the self-adhesive and thermal conductivity of the thermal silica sheet Sex will not be damaged.


Reminder: Tear off the side of the protective film, facing the radiator, first align the thermal silica gel sheet with the radiator, and slowly put down the thermal silica gel sheet to avoid air bubbles.

4. Tear off the other side of the protective film and put it in the radiator. The last side of the protective film should be removed with a small force to avoid straining or pulling up the thermal silicone sheet. 


5. After tightening or when using a strong adhesive thermally conductive silicone sheet, apply certain pressure to the radiator and store it for a period of time to ensure that the thermally conductive silicone sheet is fixed.
